we have rules and regulations to say what size fish you cant bring back with you you have to throw babys back and know they will die anyway.

I don't really fish because I've got very little control over what I catch. If I could guarantee that I'd catch one decent size edible fish I'd do it. At least with hunting I only shoot at something I want to eat.
