Hello, i'm just starting out and will be surfing off Seaburn(sunderland) & south shields. Whats it like in tynemouth? South Shields can produce some nice waves.

Tynemouth is a sweet spot.
I mean at the mo its 7.5 ft but its usually good at around 3-5ft in my opinion.
Never really surfed south of the tyne.
But longsands is pretty consistant except when it has its flat spells.

set you a message sam. off Seaburn and shields looks a sweet spot. Most learners go out a roker and i've seen the uni learner school heading out from there.
