I assume you're referring to the proper waxing technique of a surfboard?

Am I the only one that thought it looked kinda fun? Guys, come on, get off your high horse! Funny beach games, college girls and a laid back party atmosphere.

Might go to next years.... :D

Although I'll be 29 by then!

Sorry for being on my high horse.......seriously! I would not go even if you paid me to.

I understand that newquay can be a great place but this kind of thing has kept me away.

If I really want a 'get wasted and get a VD' kinda holiday I would bugger off to Faliraki (sp) at least you get sunshine for certain.

I see the '101 reasons why Newquay must be avoided at all costs' list has a new addition!

Sorry - we take a day trip over there once a year just to look around the (surf) shops, but it usually ends up being just a few hours in the morning, because by lunchtime, the place is full of chavs, pushers (openly dealing on the street) and piss cans!!

Nice!!! :?

I still think silly beach games and parties are fun. But then, I've never been to Newquay so I don't know what the other 99 reasons are.

Newquay has its purpose though. Imagine, if there was no Newquay, all the thousands of people who go there each year might invade the quieter spots that we so love.

While I love quiet evenings, and I prefer chilled out stuff more now-a-days, there are times when I enjoy the noise, energy and vibrancy of a full on party atmosphere. Reminds me of being 18.
