New Funboard

Postby rigotti » Sun Jul 22, 2007 9:16 pm

I know this question gets asked a lot but here it goes. What is a good brand of funboards for $500, a real fiberglass board not a bic or nsp). I'm 5'6" and 130lbs, and I,ll be surfing cape may n.j. if that helps any.

Any responses are greatly appreciated.

If your just looking for a first board you might try Ron Jons.

Here is the link

They have a shop in NJ and their boards aren't too expensive.

if you go anywhere within Charleston, SC you can go to Mckevlins and get a brand new, handshaped fiberglass funboard for between 335 and 395. i bet theyd ship you one too.

if your diserning (holy crap sp) enough to not want a bic or nsp, dont get a ron jon. boards are and popped out of a mold!
