Finally gone and done it.

Postby Bewilderbeast » Wed Jul 11, 2007 6:51 am

Hey guys, I'm back after a short leave of absence.

Just finished moving house......AGAIN!

Got a warm, toasty feeling now though because for the first time in a decade or so, I know I'm not going to have to do it again anytime soon due to me owning the house! :D

That's right people, I'm now a responsible home owner!!

Feels great to finally be on that old ladder and stuff but its a scary thing signing a bit of paper concerning the next 25 years of your life!!

Still, on the bright side, I have a garage again. Which means almost unlimited board storage!! Right, where’s my checkbook........KITEY?

Don't you worry about that mate, I've already got half a dozen with your name already on them!!

As for a house warming party, watch this space!!

Then again, I'm spending so much time and effort on the place at the moment I may just have to have the party elsewhere just to get away from it!! Devon anybody?!

Yeah, buy yourself a garden fork and threaten all the local kids that you'll burst their footballs if they land on "your property"!

Oh, wait save that fun for retirement!

I feel real guilty abuot this, got my pad 11yrs ago run down wreck for 70G
a bit of wedge and TLC its now worth about 300+

I'd hate to be under 30 again, well no, actually i wouldn't. But i couldn't be arsed with Uni after 6th form and got a job, so hey presto bought my first pad at 21.
