Does anyone know of a website that lists the names of the songs on surf films?

I really wanna get the track for wipeout section of Taylor Steele's Focus - i know its Sprung Monkey but cant find the tune anywhere...

Also - a couple of the Lost films - What's really going on/wrong...

yeah dude you have to check out the credits super quick at the end of a vid....I find myself doing the same thing quite often, most recently with this song by Cavalier King called "The Unprotected", sick song.

try amazon.com

i found the soundtracks to riding giants and step into liquid there (and there were lots of other surf film soundtracks too). You can see the track listings and listen to about 30secs of each song.

Another good way of trying to find out a song name (if there are no credits, such as being in an advert) is writing down some of the lyrics then googling them!

Works 99.5% of the time for me, i've found tonnes of songs this way.

Another cool way is if your in the UK, you can dial 2580 on your mobile phone, it then tells you to hold your phone against the speaker, then it will text you a few seconds later with the name of the song, and who it's by. It has about a 85% sucess rate...

You won't find any of the core surf film soundtracks on Amazon I'm afraid! My fave soundtrack at the mo is Free as a Dog. A lot of the film websites have good listing for the soundrack & play it like www.freeasadog.com Volcom have their own music site. Otherwise, it's pause the credits at the end!

On a slightly different note, I really like this FREE streaming radio site called Pandora.com. It allows you to create 100 stations based on artists that you like. Then it finds similiar artists and songs that match the format you establish. I've heard lots of obscure music and artists that really rocks out. Any of the garbage or stuff you don't like you just skip over it or click "don't like it" and they wont play it again and retailor your music preferences on that given station you've set up.

Yeah the problem is i live in Africa & all my films are on VHS in Europe.
If anyone has Taylor Steele's focus, or Losts' Whats really going on/whats really going wrong, post the tracklisting here as they bom soundtracks & everyone needs to have em in their cars checking the surf.
