Foot and mouth cost me pro status

You may have heard me, I was one of the main ‘faces’ in the UK surfing scene.

Back in the 90’s England suffered a ‘foot and mouth’ crises, which rendered a lot of beaches inaccessible. This severely hampered my quest to achieve ‘pro status’ in surfing, so being versatile, I switched to become a pro cyclist (with an Athens gold in mind). Sadly over training gave me ‘brittle knees’ which put pay to my surfing and cycling dream.

Do you think it will be possible to sue the farmers union or the government over this?

i googled the name and found loads of posts simler to this but on other forums about becoming a pro climber, pro walker and others so im guessing its just a wind up

even if he was telling the truth how lame is it when people sue for stupid xxxxx like that. hey buddy if you really wanted to achieve it you could have found a way around it, and you could have prevented injury with cycling if you knew steps to prevent injuries

The gov. never forced you to train to become a biker.... that was your decision.

I think you should sue!!!

Sue your parents for the crappy DNA they gave you, which led to your bones not forming properly and leading to your injuries!

Alternatively sue them for bringing up a child who seems to want to blame everyone else for their problems and thinks a bit of cash will make you a successful person & your life meaningful again.
