I dont think it is the ocean of south africa, having googled it I cant see anything about seeing the 2 different colours of the oceans.

I didnt get anything on it when I googled Cape Regina before so I stopped, but I just googled Pacific tasman meet and there are clear images of it. nice one Libs, should have check it properly first time

In the Caribbean, the Atlantic meets the Caribbean. It's pretty cool.. almost like someone put a sheet of glass in the water and on one side, it's dark blue, choppy, waves, and the other side it's this calmer, light green tropical water with hardly a wave (unless you know where to go, of course).
