Moving in a year...looking for great surf town.

Postby Ace31 » Wed Jun 06, 2007 3:33 am

Hi everyone,

I'm completely new here. I'm a guy living in KS, but I've always loved beaches and the dream of surfing. In a year, I'm planning on moving to a beach town to live and take up surfing. I'm lucky since I have plenty of money saved up at the moment and I work for myself.

My goal is to do it for at least a year and give the beach life a shot.
It is one of those things that if I don't do it, I may just regret it down the road.

If I venture out, what are some of the BEST beach towns you could recommend that are not huge in population, etc. And also not extremely expensive to live.

Any thoughts, tips, or advice would be greatly appreciated.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH and I look forward to absorbing all the info in this board!

Or perhaps he's been taken over by one of those things that swim up your urethra. He was warned.
