Newquay!!!

Hi there, going to fistral beach on Saturday and wanting to know if it's necessary to take my wetsuit...surfed Jersey about the same time this year and the water was warm enough for board shorts...dunno if it's colder round Newquay way...any help would be appreciated...Thanks

If you get there and it's too cold what a round trip you'd have to pick it up!

Summer suit only, should be fine. If you feel a bit cold paddle some more.

i surfd fisteral in a short arm sumersuit 2 weekends ago and was fine, but its was slightly sunny and not much wind

id take a suit with you. i surfed in devon at the meet last year in boardies but it was stupidly hot n not very windy.

I wouldn't bother at all.. you'll be lucky if you get 1ft of chop on Sat.
