Yep its the Avalanche Expert, but tbh its not getting out as much as it should  , but mainly due to being slightly run over by my GF in her car!... well just the front rim slightly buccled and I haven't got it sorted yet.

I agree! This board rocks.

Thanks a lot, I realy apreciate the compliments. I drew the artwork myself, and the artist transfered it perfectly. When my new board get's done I'll post it also. I am going to finalize the art this weekend.

Sorry Russ forgot to say I really like those graphics too, especially since you designed them yourself 8) . It is quite similar to a custom windsurf board I used to have, but mine had a straight fade from darker blue to white in the flames. Yeah v nice board, yours.

Russ the graphics were already designed by Lost and you just have to pick which ones you want. Although they do differ slightly from the stock graphics - here are the stock designs.

i been looking at getting a lost board for along time what are they like how do the surf

Well I really like them, and I think the bonus for me was that I could get them custom shaped for me by Lost. I bought an off the shelf first and really got on well with it so knew the customs would probs be good too when I broke the off the shelf one. They ride however you want them to ride as they do pretty much any type of shape from fish to guns. But I s'pose its down to personal preference at the end off the day - maybe see if you can try one from the shop in Newquay (Factory 52) or the wearhouse in Woolacombe. But really they aren't any different to any other board that is well made and suits your ability and style of surfing.

Personally I wouldn’t mind a crack on The YATER…. The shape interests me as it is a nose rider model; where is the wide point on that board Driftingalong.

Well I finally got around to checking it out...

(This is just my best guesstimation...)

The wide point is about 4½' back from the nose and goes on for a few inches toward the tail.

Also for the record (it's been asked before by someone sometime).
The nose and tail measurements (approximations 1' in from the nose & tail).
Nose - 18¼"
Tail - 14 5/8"

Thanks mate... it is interesting how every shaper looks at board design; the general idea that I have seen is to possition the wide pt. behind the center of the board for a nose rider  .

My newsest board, and NXTC shaped by Tommy Daniels. Haven't got to ride it on anything good yet, been layed up from an operation. But I am going to be back in the H2O within a couple weeks now.

I have a 9'6" CF Walden Magic from Hydro Epic, here's a pic from their website...

I also ride a 10' high performance noserider, and I have a 9'0" Larry Felker vintage board with a "Permit" for surfing from the City of Newport Beach dated 1968. My daughter as a 6'4" pintail, and my nephew (who lives with me) has a G&S 1978 7', and a no name 6'6" fish.
