Hepatitis A

Hey, anyone here had the Hepatitis A vaccine?? I heard from my doctor that I shoud have had it when I first started out, ooops.
I guess there is a lot of crap in the ocean right now, just wondering about your views?

I had A & B a few years ago - you can never be too careful.
Especally in the UK I've often spotted the Great British Brown Trout floating past in the line-up......

the jabs were an absolute doddle - two second jobs and that;s you done and dusted. Felt like I;d been hit in the arm with a cricket bat for a few days after though!

Waters are getting too poluted... When i got cut the doctor told me not to go into the water cuz i would get an invection.... =/ they made me get a shot too.

It is somthing people should seriously think about. esp surfing in heavyly populated areas where sewage outflow is near by.

You will be amazed at the list of things you can contract...

Watch this space for my dissertation questionaire on water quality and how it affects the surfing community and their habits I'd really like all your imput!

It will be posted up tomorrow if you could all fill it out I'd be very greatful! (btw its UK based but if you have visited the UK you can fill it!)
