I have a 5'10" (but very wide and thick) 1970s board with orange and black tiger stripe on the deck... I call it the "tigre board" or, alternatively the "nugget board"... all my others are just called what they are.. ie. mini-mal (7'8) or the shorty (6'6).

i haven't named by boards. To be honest, I've never thought of doing that. You've given me another task to waste away a few hours.... I'm terrible at making decisions. It would be too hard to find a name I liked that also suited the board that I would have to stick with forever. I change my mind too often

I dread the day I have children!!!

my friends nicknamed my old southpoint 9'2 the death star we were surfing in newquay in september, it was really busy as i took off on the wave everyone got out of my way. i would surf it so agressivly if some one droped in on me, i would run them down if they didnt pull out.

My 9'6'' fluid juice nose rider is affectionally known as 'fu#king fat bitch', as i struggle to get it on the roof of the car and carry it on long walk-ins.

All depends, some days it`s called dam it or O,54it, or it`s your fault. But i guess a bad tradesman always blames his tools
