Surfboard blanks are usually made by pouring a mixed resin into a mould either by computer or by hand. Generally they make each side of the board then glue the stringer to one side then glue it to the other and they cut stringers out of big sheets of wood so theres bound to be inaccuracies.

WTF !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hmmmm, perhaps the bend he's refering to is the rocker xs......![]()
How can you possibly get a blank with a bent stringer?
Ive seen custom stringers put into longboards where more than one stringer is used which are bent for asthetics but as for having a blank with a bent stringer......

The construction process doesn't lend itself to bent stringers.
I know what i meant anyway.

I added 10 cc of catalyst into 1 quart of resin, I followed JC Hawaii's glassing tips to use no less than 1% and no more than 2%, it started to kick within 10 minutes. I put the football patches for the finboxes under the main layer of fiberlass and the layer of fiberlass got moved around. Glassing is so hard. I think it came out crappy.![]()
