I turned 30 in January this year.

Similarly to others on this thread I am fitter now than I have ever been.

I still do all the unhealthy crap I used to, but just more sports.

What age do I look? Well I got ID'd in ASDA the other week, (most folk say 23-26).

I was 32 when I STARTED surfing. Maybe that's why my learning curve is so slow... 36 next month and aging gracefully -- I had a student last quarter ask me why I don't dye my hair to cover the gray. He was being totally sincere, too. Ah well...

Yep me too! Im 42. And pretty fit. Your body isnt as forgiving and you have to work harder at keeping fit and then STAYING fit than when you were 25 but physically, mentally and dare I say it "spiritualy" I'm happiest where I am today. And thats on a board in the sea, when I'm not infront of a computer typing! :D

I see plenty of people half my age who are physical wrecks, so I dont feel too bad!

Amazing the assumptions you make from the internet! (Libby is actually a bearded trucker from Kansas, for instance)

You mean he was joking  :P

I'm fast approaching pension age - only another 40 years to go

Nearly 38, surfing for nearly 25 years. Just typing that makes me feel old.

Without a doupt my fitness and drive has never been this good.
We have a comp on the 18th, Ive been told the over 35's is this area's most competitive age group.
We still got juniors who rip, but the seniors is where its really at!
