Cool, a cisco engineer eh.
I'm gonna give the cisco quals a go after i finish my mcsa (but thats going sloooowly). How you finding the exams and stuff?

Well I've completed the CCNA course I just have to sit the final exam, so busy studying for that. The exams are okay it's just the sheer volume of information that needs to be jammed into the old noodle and getting a consistant percentage of 90%

Modules 1 & 2 are very easy and 3 & 4 are the time consuming ones, especially 4 as there is so much to cram.

I'm also just started my CompTIA A+ & N+ and should get those out of the way by October.

very dull im afraid...I wanted to be a social worker.

Yes thats right when I was younger and should have had aspirations to be a fighter pilot or marine biologist I wanted to be a social worker. I didnt have one or anything - just wanted to be one.

Also wanted to work for the RSPCA or be a scientist in a lab

i was an old, old child

Now I want to be a pro surfer - getting younger every day :D

Half way there

When I was younger I wanted to be either a vet or a social worker. Then it changed to photographer, then went back to social work, got a job in social work, hated it, went full time at the cab company and am now training to be a cabbie

I wanted to be one and still am one, I just fanny around with rivers more than the sea these days.

I was looking to get some ideas from this thread as I have a "What you wanted to be when you grow up" fancy dress party next weekend!

so like libby im going for a marine conservation degree, where i can get a job in which i feel im doing some thing benifical, which was my dream job all along anyway

lmao..i still have no idea what i want to be when i grow up  :!:

but ..heres a few :

Archeologist (sp) mainly in Egypt so's i could test out mythical curses when stealing the gold

Stuntman ..practiced heavily on an old escort at my unc's (jumping off the stable roof onto the car until the roof caved) :D

Bruce Lee's sidekick

Huckleberry Finn ..or proffesional bum as i like to think of it now !

Gamekeeper ...you get a gun and a house ... " for free " lol!

Soldier ...see above!!

Mercenary/ Secret agent ..see above and add glamour and fantasy to it !

A policeman .. but on a Dirty Harry tip!

Gunsmith .. did this for a few years from skool, but then some nutter called micheal ryan fleshed it all up for us in this country.

..and thats about it for childhood wannabees, now anyone doing their pyschology papers wanting to use the above ..let me short-cut it for ya .. " Non-conformative Super Hero syndrome "
