Can you surf anywhere in Dubai? I've heard the swell has been affected by the developments they have made out to sea....thanks.

i heard they made or are still making man-made waves..i know they made a ski resort inside a mall

well i don't think that u can find some waves in Dubai, may be a swell wind can hit its cost but very small one, but u can still have fun there, there is a very good Flowrider where u can ride static waves. google it u will find plenty of info ,
