thermal rash guard

Postby michaeldl » Sun Aug 29, 2004 9:33 pm

ya just got a thermal rash guard for upcoming fall season.

It's the freakin bomb no icy drips running down your back and being summer up here it was a little too hot even in fifty degree water .

I think if I bump up to a 5/4/3 intrigrated hood or even a 6/5/4 winter will be toasty 4/3 is fine for spring ,summer and fall but winter is when it gets big here.

pray for swell

Its topnotch esp if your suit is a allyear rounder (eg 4/4/4) it give that extra therm but unfortunaly sacrifices manoverability...

I tend to start wearing mine round mid december (when i'm in North Wales) perhaps earlyer if the wind is icy

Ah thermal rashies, reminds me of when I went to Florida, nobody knew what the hell I was on about when I asked them where the ''rashvests'' were- ''The what sorry? Rashvests? Ooohh you mean rash guards, follow me! Have a nice day!'' :D :D

Top Tip, never leave rashvests/guards ;) wet if they have a design on them, my design mostly soaked off and stuck against itself. Oh well, I guess nobody else has exactly the same rashie as me around here now.
