Wetsuit gash, uneven and rough then fairly smooth (wes06)

Hey guys,

My first post; the site looks great!

Here's the issue:

Surfing the other day I put about a 4 1/2" gash in my 5/4/3 Rip Curl F-Bomb wetsuit.

After doing some reading, it seems that the best temporary fix (I really need the suit for the weekend) is to sew up the rip with dental floss and then seal it with some kind of wetsuit sealant.

Now my question is, should I use wetsuit cement or this stuff I just bought, called "Aquaseal". The aquaseal is some kind of urethane adhesive.

pictures of the tear can be seen here:

Thanks in advance!

Wes.
