I have a Sony H5, is it possible with that kind of camera?

Probably not possible with the H5.. Unless it can shoot those frames fast enough. Possibly at a reduced res?

Thats 7 frames in something like a second or so then a lot of photoshoping (or using a panormaic builder tool).

you can do that with a video camera exept the quality wont be soo good.
film
capture the still frames you want.
layer them all in photoshop with whatever one you want as the background first.
start erasing the sky and watch flying guys appear.

I've got a camera that shoots around 6 a second, but I still haven't worked on my photoshop skills enough to get it down. I know someone who teaches photoshop that might give me a tutorial on it sometime soon, so I'll share what I learn.
