they're not reliable.... I was on BT a few years ago (actually it was about 5 come to think of it) and they messed me around so much it was unbelieveable. In the end I disconnected and went to ntl... which was much cheaper, better and less hassle.

Just changed from BT Line Rental, and because of that during the change over they billed us for £350 to make us stay with them! Luckily we got our money back though
