The tow in is from Billabong oddosey @ Jaws supprised you've never seen it pops up bloody everywhere.

And yes the storm clip is fake.... note how wind goes from howling onshore to offshore (plus you can see the join as the camera "refocuses" and you vcan see the image seams where they have added the relevant probs and joined footage. Hard to spot on shitty quality vids you get online.
