Had a brilliant weekend.

Putsborough on Friday, looked a little bit like this:

Got absolutely battered trying to get out, nearly drowned a couple of times and moaned about my head freezing off. Went and bought hood.

Saunton Saturday:

Lovely days surfing, loved the conditions, love the lazy mans rip, started to get back into it, scored one beautiful ride that made the whole weekend worth it!

Saunton Sunday:

Lovely early morning surf, unfortunately though my arms decided they'd had enough after 2 days of heavy abuse! Couple of nice rides though. Got out about 11 ish, had a coffee, watched how sodding flat it was and called it a day.

He lives in Cayton, just got back from surfing Iceland and Scotland for over a year! He was in Surfers Path a couple of issues ago. Great surfer but really modest guy.

Bit of a coastal tour yesterday here in North Wales. with this well traveled swell pulse and HUUUUUGe tides...

The Island was crazy with the big tide so trecked around N.Shore and jumped into glass at a boulder reef. Then got out and burned back to the island still in wetty to jump in as the tide had droped. Got some ok footage of "The Dredge" but again on my own plus the tide was still too high for that! Typical.
Got a little footage of a blow hole too!

Fun day and sooo warm!

Had a great surf with kitey and sar at k-bay on saturday. A bit blown out, but clean faces on the reforming waves and super long rides into the bay :D
Scored some top waves - but kitey makes it look too easy

Struggled with the sandbank/beachdump at boscombe today - but still nice to get in the water in the sunshine :D 8)
