Okay here goes.

English Man, Irish Man and weslh Man Sat in a boat lost at sea.

Suddenly the Welsh notices a bottle floating in the water grabs and takes the cork out the top.

*POOF* appears a genie.

Genie: Okay you have woken me from my sleep, you can all have one wish.

Welsh Man: We've been at see for soo long I'm starving, I wish for a sandwich.

He gets wish the best snadwich known.

The English Man: I'm starving too, give me a good ol fry up.

He gets his wish the best fry up ever seen.

The Irish Man: Shouts you idiots, why did you wish for those, he ponders for awhile and makes his wish. I would like the sea to turn into beer.

Genie: As you wish (the sea turns into beer)

NOOOOO they all the other two shout, you bloody idiot now we'll all have to piss in the boat.

Your English "chav" seems to be a relatively new thing, only coming to light in the last 5 years or so, whereas we in Scotland have had the "ned" since before I was a lad.
