Hey I'm doing good thanks Paul! Like i said up there somewhere ^^^ I've passed the not-sleeping stage, and I'm now well into the waking-up-ridiculously-early stage!!!! But it's cool 'cause I can lie in bed and watch the sunrise thru my skylight! Well actually I can't because it faces in the wrong direction, but I can watch the pretty colours on the hills on the other side of the valley!

Sounds like you are over doing it, is that one workout. You may be eating healthy food but how much and how often. Try small but regular meals to sustain your fuel output. :) Was a pti.

Hey 'Daddy, thanks for the support! Tho I have to tell you that's it's been a lot easier for me cos I've only ever smoked da green stuff, never ciggies! The hardest thing has been feeling like I need to do something with my hands, cos I miss the rolling just as much as the smoking!

26 days without chocolate. i would just like to announce that i've eaten NOTHING remotely bad since 31st dec and I've been exercising for 1-2hrs a day about 6 days a week.

I was hoping to have lost half a stone by now. i've managed to PUT ON 7pounds.

I GIVE UP

I'm not going to eat choccy yet, but what's the point in giving it up and exercising if things only get worse? :?:

Thea, maybe you should set yourself 'reward' dates, every 3 or 4 weeks or something. If you FEEL like having a bar of choccy (or another treat) on that date, then you can have one, cos you've really deserved it. If you don't, then great!!!

Just an idea! :D

Ah Thaya - you are my virtuous online role model, if you give up now all will be lost! All!

How do you feel? More energy? Fitter? Slimmer? The number on the scales is not what's important..(although it's a must be a massive kick in the teeth when you're being so good!). Doing all that exercise & eating all the good stuff you are a healther person. Your bodyfat must have decreased.. Maybe get it measured at the gym?

Like Sal says, treat yourself once in a while so you don't become a bitter diet nazi!
