Did anyone else catch this story in the news?

An abalone diver from southern NSW (aust.) got half swallowed by a great white shark but got spat out after he started poking it in the eyes.

he should buy a lottery ticket after an escape like that. :shock:

It was on the news over here, very lucky ! The shark was about 3m long !

:shock: I hadn't heard it on the news, but from jman's post i'd presumed the 'half-eaten' bit meant that he'd had his legs chomped, not his head! :lol:
