
Ive just had a shredded wheat for brekkie with half a chopped apple and a handful of raisins and it was actually quite nice!!!!! the rest of breakfast was the other half of the apple and a flapjack, and a pint of water

hahaha!!! I fell off the wagon four days after I got on itah well. Tho Im drinking becks alot more than Guinness these days, thinking its marginally healthier!
