ummm, we'll see. it seemed like a good idea and then when it got to the day that i shouldnt smoke i just didnt want to not smoke.

Yes, I am rubbish. I have no excuse or attempt at a reason other than I am lame - I cant even bother to try and lie to myself......I will promise to myself that i will stop next time i go surfing tho...... :roll:

Sar, if you're like me, you won't quit until you're ready.

I've tried and failed before, using patches and everything. But this time (and the last time I succeeded (2 and a half years quit) ) I simply decided I didn't want to smoke anymore.

Oh, and yeah, I think my head went under the back wheel of the wagon last night as I fell off... :oops:
