what should I eat right now?

Postby thaya » Wed Jan 10, 2007 10:21 am

ok this is totally pointless, but I'm starving and I have three options - I can't decide what to do.

Do I eat my banana right now (which I saved for after work because I have a long meeting and I'll really need it)

or...

do i have my lunch early (which means I'll be starving later when i wont be able to eat anything)

or...

do I just keep on feeling starving until 1.25 when i can eat lunch (it's only 11.10 right now) and try and take my mind off it even though my entire body is screaming that it needs food...

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm :?:

Dont eat, i'm on a post christmas diet so feeling like there is someone else out there who is starving makes me feel a bit better :D

And my diet would be alot easier if Kitesurfer didnt keep sending me pictures of the cakes he is eating and Phil didnt keep texting to tell me how many packets of Jaffa cakes he has scoffed. Rude!

You know, strangely enough the best way to lose weight is to eat breakfast. It's also one of the best ways to stay fit and healthy.

Make sure you eat within an hour of waking up.

drink 2 pints of water. and starving will not make you lose weight!!! eat 5 or 6 small balanced meals a day. ive lost a few lb already, stomach threatening that it looks flatter lately :D

One of the best ways to stave off the hunger is to eat a handfull of nuts, then have a glass of water (or something to drink) and it will make you feel full for quite sometime.

I usually have cashew nuts, or unsalted peanuts, works a treat, plus it gives you a little energy boost :D

Carbs are good as long as you burn them.

Did you go to SP's site?
