Yes! I love yoga! I've got a great DVD called Yoga and You (about a fiver from Amazon!), it's really chilled with nice background music, and the people doing it are usually on a beach or a mountain, rather than in a tv studio. it introduces basic versions of loads of different postures, which has really helped me improve when i go to classes, in fact my yoga teacher even commented on the progress i've been making recently!

Personally i think yoga is an ideal exercise/warm up for surfing, as it develops balance and co-ordination as well as toning muscle.

I'll see if I can copy my DVD Northy, if I can I'll chuck a copy in the post for you!

i've got 'yoga for surfers' - the exercises are good but the woman is REALLY annoying. Anyone know a yoga dvd with a nice fit bloke? i've been looking for ages but haven't found one. (it would encourage me to do it more!)

I tried Yoga in a class a few times - really depends on the instrutor as some were good and one was horrible and really pushed me - my hamstrings were so knackered for a week afterwards.

I have just bought 'surf flex' from amazon which has loads of yoga type stuff in there. Havent tried any of it yet - havent got that far into my New Year Resolutions!

I've got 1 and 2 and I've been thinking of getting 3.

I like them; they're pretty good. I havn't become annoyed by the instructor, but I see how you could...
