Ive been experementing with fin shapes latley, and ive found like a slicked back thruster shape works very well, and was wiondering if anyone had any experience with diffrent than thruster fin shapes and setups, and how to glass your own fins.

most of the time you dont have glass on fins b/c of the great technoligical advancements going on all the time with fins and removeable fin systems. but when it comes to glassing on your own fins well...its a huge process and if you dont do it right then you are not gonna be able to ride your board anymore. it is a very precise process. also finding glass on fins to put on is another huge problem. honestly i dont reccomend it. just stick with the fins you got or get a board with a removable fin system.

-best of luck to ya

I may be talking crap here but to make your own fins your either gonna have to shape them by hand are make a mould.

Are you a good craftsmen. I should imagine that shaping by hand is a tedious and difficult process.

To make a mould your probably gonna need some machine tools then pour in molten glass

Speak to a fin manufacturer they might do custom fins for a price
