Indo board any good for tall people?

Postby bdog » Tue Dec 12, 2006 10:02 am

Hi everyone,

I'm new to these forums and to surfing. Only been out a couple of times but love it and will be getting a board soon. Unfortunatlely I'm stuck in London at the moment so no surf for a while but am trying to train for when I do. I'm swimming as much as possible and am considering asking for an indo board for christmas as I've read a couple of good reports on these forums. But before I do I wanted to ask if they are any good for taller people? I'm 6'3 with long legs so thought it might be a little short. Let me know what you think if you've had a go on one.

Cheers.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I've had a look at the pro model but it is pretty pricey - if the smaller model can accomodate a wide stance I'll give it a go.

You can always make your own. If you do a search you will find some instructions on this site on how to make one.
