i went out this morning and it wasn't as big as what was forcasted. but it's supposed to be even bigger tomorrow, i say you should get some shots then.

it got pretty sizable here but nothing like what the forcast was. It sounds like sunday is going to be large indeed.

Almost drowned today in the surf though took a nasty fall and got held under real bad. Think i'll stick to reef rather than beach break for these waves :lol:

i feel you bro, went to bolsa chica today, i got worked so bad ..probably the worst wipe out of my life..thought i was going to die..i'll try to stay away from beach breaks either..cant wait for tomorrow!!

I actually had a really bad felling before i even went out really i should have known better. But they were holding a surf comp at my local spot so i moved out to a really hairy section that was spewing. It took me ages to even get out as the waves were relentless. Pluss there was a really strong rip and outgoind tide which complicated things. I think the reef breaks are getting the best of it these jetty style beach breaks are too nasty. I hear its big till tuesday :D just wondering if the surf report is gonna be a tad more accurate. The ones im looking at are all over the place could be anywhere from 8ft - 18ft :lol:

yah, today was really windy and choppy, although there is still some size..went out to a reef break today, so much better..yeah, i heard it'll stay til tues..and another swell is ahead, friday..i love winter! :D

Im really hoping that the wind stops gailing and we get cleaner sets. Yeah its reef break all the way at the moment gonna hit sunset cliffs in san diego if the wind dies down :D
