how do you get image files so small that you can turn them into avatars? i havent figured out how to get one.

I usually use Photoshop or Fireworks programs.

Or if i'm on a computer without those, Photobucket can resize them to the right size, and thats usually where I host all my online images/pics.

I use Fireworks for resizing all my images its nice and easy. Thought i'd join the avatar fun but all the cool ones i found the file size was too large, i got this one but its starting to freak me out.

My avatar's this month are in support of the THC4MS folks.

Well im doing a fair bit of letter writing and demonstrating this month about three poor peeps ( one of which has severe MS) that have been charged with the' supply ' of Cannabis Chocolate, to MS sufferers .

The case has been a long time coming , the law and local council had no problem with what they were doing for 6yrs and even local doctors and medical experts had agreed that they were providing a service that they themselves wish they could provide for some MS patients where Corporate drugs were not helping but adding to their painfull misery .. now all of a sudden their being witch hunted by their local government ( a sign of other things to come in this country).. as some smart ass has obviously worked out that the main support from the middle classes for Cannabis use is attributed to medical consumption ... " remove the middle class voices and then that just leaves the common man to defend himself.. i.e " No f'ing voice at all ".

I dropped a link here for petitions a few months ago after clearing with SP of course

The petitions are still running if anyone would like to put their name to a most worthy cause then i shall ask SP if its ok to resurrect it for a short while

Or you can post them off site, BUT KEEP THEM SMALL!

Silverfish is ridcuouls in size on all of them....it's like one of our pages is four of theirs due to wasted room by avatars and signatures. kinda annoying.....
