if you like dc youd love elliot smith. hes good for after surf music. mercury program too, and go sailor. i highly recommend go sailor. you guys seem to have a good sense in music, everyone here likes rap and pop or whatever. oh and reggae, which i dont like either.

It's all about whatever gets you going. I'm into old school R&B (Commadores, Stevie Wonder, James Brown, etc), for what it's worth.

Surfing is a sport, not a club. It's not about what you wear/look like/listen to, it's about whether or not you actually do it.

At my break all the core locals are into hardcore/punk/alternative/scremo..mostly local scene bands...im sure non-locals, and older people listen to other stuff..but all the kids in town are usually into that scene

RHCP are awesome and sublime really gets me in the right mood to surf but i also like sugarcult and greenday...i pretty much like all kinds music.no pop here that stuff is the epitamy of a broken record. Dont think about what the typical surfer listens to so you think you'll fit in better...just think about the music you like thats gonna help you get the waves.

Yup, that's exactly what I mean, but I thought that there might be a lot of controversy over that, so I kinda phrased it so that I wouldn't get shouted at......I can't believe her, she's got his money, kid and publicity and she still doesn't even give a s**t that he's dead. And the police didn't even investigate the fact that there was so much heroine in his body at the time, he couldn't possibly have shot himself, or the fact that the room he died in was locked from the outside.

I know!!! Wow nobody I ever speak to thinks Kurt was murdered, they just believe the police (who were way to quick to tye up all the events anyway)
Grrr its so frustrating!! Even all Kurts friends admitted he wasnt suicidal, but Courtney said he was gonna commit any second. Damn it makes me so angry! There goes all Kurts possesions and dosh, whizz straight to Courtney. enough about that anyway!
