CANCELLED!!!!

The swell has dropped off again at the most crucial time, so there will be no competition this weekend :(

The past month has had some real nice surf, as always our swells come and go pretty quickly, last Sunday was biggish and clean but gone by monday.

I know! I was out on the water Thursday afternoon and I rocked up right behind it before noticing the building was all but a shell. How did that happen!?

What do you think the odds are of the comp being held this weekend?

There looks like there'll be surf on the saturday but its a two day event.

Not very likely, the wind is going to be a huge factor again, plus when magic seaweed says 4ft swell or below it will be flat as a pancake at Tynemouth.

Thursday will probably the only day for surf this week, but it can all hange in the week fingers crossed.
