It was like that for almost the whole time I was there. Thankfully it calmed down a little so I could try it out on monday. Still huge for me though.

Ya, it's a sea lion poking his head out. They were all around us all weekend. Saw sea otters as well and on saturday morning saw 3 dolphins rising about 30 yards away. Very cool!!!

thats really cool about the dolphins. The seals are really nice and they go so close to you!! I brushed one with my foot while sitting down, it was pretty fun and freaky. Never seen dolphins yet.

Yesterday evening was cranking solid shoulder high, surfed from around 1.30 till dark although it dropped off for about an hour around 3, only 2 others in the water 8)
Was thinking about geting out when it dropped off but kept at it and was rewarded with a really sweet left that kept going and going!

Always the way you have a good sesh, get your eye in and then the following day is totally blown out shiteness again :x

Was looking forward to an awesome kite wave sail this morning. Win d was blowing a hoolie all night, got up and found that it was absolutely tipping it down with rain, not a good sign as the wind 90% of the time dies after a huge down pour.
Popped down to my local spot only 5mins from my house sure enough the wind had died completly leaving only 3ft glassy faces remaining! :D

Thank you very much i'll have some of that as this spot hardley ever works. Surfed for 2 hours till the wind came back up then got the kites out and had my kitesurf. I like when a saturday comes together.

:D :D
