food cravings

Postby thaya » Tue Nov 14, 2006 2:29 pm

I've had a really bad craving for sardines for at least 2 weeks now. I've lost count of the number of tins I've eaten  I just can't get enough of them. Normally I crave chocolate or cheese. It's really weird.

... so what foods do you usually crave?

I stick to a mostly veggie diet, but get huge fish cravings every so often. Normally overdose on either haddock or salmon, gets rid of it for a few weeks.

Have you tried them?

If you don't like XXX HOT food the peanut butter, cheese and pickles is GROUSE!

I always crave hot buttered toast, spesh when I'm feeling low.

And the old staples of chocolate, crisps and butter popcorn.

And a cup of tea. Or a bottle of wine, if I'm really stressed!

**The above is in no way recommended as a healthy lifestyle!**
