Sounds like to me you have three options.
1. Take the board to a shaper and get him to make you a copy. Or do it yourself.
2. Take the board to a glasser and ask him to remove the glass and re glass it with heavier glass or again do it yourself if you feel you could.
3. Attempt to add extra glass to it yourself.
Both 1 and 2 wil be costly with 1 giving you the best end result. A brand new board of the shape you like. Depending on the overall condition which bearing in mind the board has already snaped twice, 2 may not be that easy to do.
3 is a possibility but to get a descent end result is going to involve alot of work on your part.
So how good are you with fibre glass? What type of fins are on the board, removables or glass on's and if removable what type. If you are serious about attempting 3, then post up some good photos of the damage to the board, the whole of the bottom and deck and rails and then perhaps we can offer you some more specific advice. It's always good to see favourite boards rescued.
