Nice clean break with offshore winds you have to love it.

Time to surf with it getting darker earlier has left me with doing short lunch sessions during the week.

It pisses my son off since he is in school at that time.

weekends only....that's pretty much the way it is year around for me.

2 weekends ago we had a sweet day, going off all up and down the east coast.

BUT....someone here trusted Gimpline and NOAA (who trust the gov't these days anyways) and they said it was blown out, northwind.

wrong

it was a west wind

strong chest high.... :bang:

Looking good, when its like that ya just got to get onit. Looks like our East Coast might be firing this weekend and into the begining of next week. Last couple of weeks we've had some head high plus clean days, but its mostly been around 2-4ft with the obvious flaaaat day, trouble is keep forgetting to take my camera, must be more organised. If i get up this wkend? the bus is busted, will take cam and will post some pics.
Hope you score some.

It's been like that here the past couple days too. Ya gotta love a good old noreaster that blows for a week building sizable surf, then backing off to off shore winds to clean it all up.

I am in Wilmington. It was epic today for here. Actually we have had a 2 or 3 days like this in the past month. I hate to say it but to big for this old man and novice. I did go check it out though and it gives me a goal to shoot for. I am hoping for some smaller leftovers to go out and get some rides this morning.
