Is onshore wind, wind thats blowing out to sea from the Land? and viceversa for offshore

High tide and low tide, what difference does it make?

Thermal rashvests that have neoprene in them, do you fire them in the washing machine or rinse them with water after a days soifin?

1) Onshore is when the wind blows from the sea to the land and flattens the waves - bad. Offshore is when it blows from land to sea and kinda holds the wave up - good. I think thats right, :? I just try to remember Offshore=good

2) Think this depends on where you surf as to the affect it has and wether its good or bad

3) dont know - dont have one.

not an expert at all so feel free to correct me.
