I have never heard of someone having an accident while they were surfing, I have peed in my wetsuit, and passed gas a couple times, but that is about it. Haven't had any accidents pesonally, but a good friend of mine had the flu one time, and he thought he had to.... but he actually had to.... and it was pretty funny, but he wasn't surfing.
