My "interesting" fact of the day...

Due to the amount of cycling I do, I get very tight hamstrings, and whenever I bend over, whatever the hamstring is connected to, makes my left heel really hurt in one little spot :?

many a time i would stand at the bottom of the stairs with a 'cheeky burn' and my ex would come rushing down !!!!! :twisted:

Regarding war memeorial statues - if both the horses front legs are in the air the person died in battle, if one is in the air they died as a result of their battle injury later, if both legs are or the ground they died or natural causes.
