hey i may sound stupidd but im only just starting surifng lol. anywayss ive just got a board which is and nsp 7ft2 one. and im going on saturday to try it out but i cant seem to fix the fins to it! it came with liek this 'fin attachment tool' which is basically a screwdriver and then the 3 fins with like screws to attach them. then theres the hole things to fix them into but my problem is they wont go into the holes coz thy're too big!
has anyone else had this problem or am i just doing it wrong or something???thanks beth x

Hiya,
Well I got my first board and cheated and got the (rather attractive, tanned, blond-haired, muscly...ahem!) dude in the shop to put them in for me the first time!
The only thing I can think is maybe you have the fins in the wrong places? That would probably affect the angle the screw was going in...as well as being fairly weird in the water!!
Hmm...the screws to mine were already in the holes, I had to use the fin key to undo them, then slot the fin in, then tighten them up (but not too tight! Tho as a puny, I don't normally have that problem!)

Any ideas guys? Good luck beth!
PS> Where are you surfing this weekend? Its just I'm going to Spain for 2 weeks and I'm convinced it will mean the best swell the NE's seen all year!

I got my NSP 7"2 delivered, and it didn't come with a attractive, tanned, blond-haired, muscly dude (Thankfully :D ), so I had to figure it out myself. I gotta admit, it wasn't that easy getting the fins in on that board...

hmm the guy in the shop just did it for me. It took him 2 seconds. I would think its easy. dont you just slide the fins in then put the screw in with the tool?
Its sooo irritating when things like that dont work.
