i know i saw santa cruz in the beggining! or it might of been LA. This might have been filmed around LA. In nor-cal we dont get those nice waves alot but we have mavericks!

That's LA alright, I think the pier is Santa Monica, as most of the non-surf related shots are LA area.

Although the damn screen kept freezing as I was watching it.

Never seen it advertised anywhere in the UK though.

it looks good but ive never been a fan of surf movies (sue me!). It gets repetitive in the end.
I prefer surfing then watching surfers.
