I'm an old fart.

99 subaru legacy wagon is my car.

And when toting the rugrats around, my wife's Chevy Venture mini-van.

Yep, that's right, mini-van.

sue me.

Though, if I were going to plop a load down on a car, it's be a Jaguar convertable or an old '67 Mustang.

The '67 mustang isn't a load of money. My brother, a swim coach on a limited budget, bought a '66 a couple of years ago. As for Jags, they are owned by Ford, look at the Taurus, it looks strikingly like a Jag (don't remember the model though).

jags are rubbish, ive known a few people buy them and all have had no end of trouble with them, all badge and no build quality. Now if I had the money id go for a nice nissan skyline gtr, pretty sure your not allowed them in america tho.

Yep GTRs are allowed in US as per Fast and Furious 2 (lead star has an R34 GTR), not allowed Toyota GT4s ('93-'99 model with non-pop up lights), not sure about Evos but are allowed Scoobies :D .

ah, maybe its just some states that dont allow them then? (hence why on f&f2 some of the people there have never seen one before even tho its a fairly old car now.
