FCS Fin System

Postby sean3483 » Sat Aug 19, 2006 6:00 pm

Iv recently bought my fisrt board, a HAK 7'10. Its got FCS fins.

I was wondering, how often do you guys remove your fins? Am i likely to damage them or the screws if i take them off every time im transporting the board?

Cheers Guys and Gals

Just curious...

How are you transporting them?
i.e. Why do you feel the need to take them off every time?

I only ever remove the fins if the board is going on a plane where i can't keep my beady eyes on it or if i'm doing major repair work.

Just in its bag, on the roof of my car.

I think maybe im just being a bit too cautious :? Its my first board, and i want sure how fragile the fins are.
