Surfboard Manufacturers in the UK

I'm trying to locate a surfboard manufacturer in the UK - that operates as an independent producer and can make custom surfboards. I'm looking to start my own team and surf company.

Um, can I be Mr Negative and point out that someone who knows so little about the UK surfing industry probably shouldnt be starting a team or company...?

besides, i cant imagine an established independent shaper wanting to be a part of someone elses company/team unless they where already a pretty big deal and would help their business, most of the shapers i know already have their own brand and local team riders.
