Billabong Board has Arrived

Postby Brian » Sun Jul 09, 2006 4:21 am

Hey all,
as many of you know I complained to Billabong about cracked decking on my surf board. They responded saying htey would shape me a totally new custom board. A couple of days ago the board arrived! Its awesome, a custom shaped JS board with my chosen specs! I havent been able to surf it yet, because of school work, but I am itching to get it into the water.. I will post up pics when I find the time. Funnily enough my favourite part of the board is where he wrote my name on the bottom of the board

anyway, I just thought I'd comment on Billabong's ability to follow through on customer support issues. These guys are legit!
