Look into sport injury clinic if you local place has one, they are great for recovering - I managed to f**k my knee up big time and was told 8-12 months no sport, only to be back in the water in 3 months, stronger and more flexible than before. Mind you I had to work my butt off with the exercises they gave me....still the light at the end of the tunnel was the chance to go surfing again.

hey everyone! i'm back out of hospital (for the 3rd time!) so I thought I'd just say a big HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Thanks for all your support and parcels I find out this Friday whether I have to have another op on my shoulder Things aren't going well at all. I've watched each of Libby's DVDs 2/3 times and they're wicked! love you libs

So, now I'm just MEGA frustrated with it all. I need a break. I'm thinking that if they don't need to operate in the near future I might head to the beach for a long weekend. I don't know whether it will be a form of torture though, seeing other people surf. I'd probably get really bored too. I'm thinking that any amount of sitting on a beach would be better than my bedroom though...

Is anyone up for a long weekend that doesn't involve too much surfing? I can't camp though, cuz I can't drive and wouldn't be able to carry a tent or sleeping bag. I haven't really thought this through have I!

Well, if anyone wants to meet up and chill sometime, let me know as I'm going INSANE.

thaya get an Xbox , xbox 360, any major gaming consol, buy a buttload of games, and veg. possibly buy World of Warcraft. Videogames are a great outlet when you are sick, injured or out of action!
